About Roger
Roger Heredia-Jornet, Corporal of the Mossos d’Esquadra – the Police of Catalonia (Spain), holds an LLB and a Master’s in Public Policy Management & Leadership. He is the Quality Manager of the Fingerprint Laboratory Unit. Since 2007, he has specialized in forensic disciplines, with expertise in fingerprint visualization, crime scene investigation, and fire and explosion investigation. He also lectures at various universities and has authored or co-authored several articles for international journals and conferences.
He is a member of the ENFSI Fingerprint Working Group and the ENFSI Fire and Explosion Investigation Working Group. Additionally, he is involved in several projects under the European Commission’s Competence, Education, Research, Testing, Accreditation and Innovation in Forensic Science (CERTAIN-FORS) Framework.
